Not Creative Games LLC

Terms of Use & Age Agreement

Effective November 3, 2026

This website (the “Site”) presents Torvane, a video game in development by Not Creative Games LLC (“we”, “us”). By entering or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use, including the Age Verification & Mature Content Agreement below. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Age Verification & Mature Content Agreement

This is the agreement you accept at the Site’s entrance by clicking I’m 18 or older · Enter. Clicking that button is your acceptance and your signature. It is set out here in full.

  1. Your age. By entering, you confirm, under penalty of misrepresentation, that you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live. If you have not, you must leave this site now.
  2. Where you are. You confirm that viewing mature content is legal where you are viewing it, and that you are not accessing this site from any place, network or device where doing so is prohibited.
  3. Minors. You will not show, share or otherwise make this content available to anyone under 18 or under the age of majority where they live, and you will take reasonable steps to keep minors from viewing it on your device.
  4. Your choice. You are choosing, voluntarily and for your own personal use, to view fictional mature content. It may include graphic violence and gore, revealing and sexualized character art, sexual themes, strong language and crude humor. You accept that you may find some of it offensive, and you will not hold Not Creative Games LLC responsible for content you chose to view.
  5. It is fiction. Everything on this site is fictional artwork and material for Torvane, a video game still in development. No real person is depicted. Every character is a fictional adult. All content is pre-release and may change or be removed.
  6. Your data. This site does not ask for your date of birth or any other personal detail. The only thing kept is a yes flag and the time you entered, saved in your browser’s local storage for up to 30 days so you are not asked again. It is never sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser or using Seal it again on the site. See the Privacy Policy for details.
  7. How you accept. Clicking I’m 18 or older · Enter is a legally binding acceptance of this Agreement, these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, and your confirmation of everything above. If you do not agree, do not click it, and leave the site.

2. Mature content

The Site is intended only for adults. It contains fictional depictions of violence and gore, revealing and sexualized character art, sexual themes, strong language and crude humor. The age check is a good-faith measure, not a guarantee; you are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to you.

3. Using the Site

You may view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell or redistribute its content, use it to train or build other products, or interfere with the Site’s operation or security, except where the law allows it or we agree in writing. Sharing a link to the Site is welcome.

4. Our content

Torvane, its names, characters, artwork, text, logos and the Khaedr cipher font are owned by Not Creative Games LLC or used under license. Parts of the Site’s art, code and audio were made with the help of generative AI tools, directed and curated by a person. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners and appear only to describe the game.

5. Pre-release, as is

Everything on the Site is pre-release and subject to change, and nothing on it is an offer or a promise of a feature, a price or a release date. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

6. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Not Creative Games LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or from content you chose to view. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

7. Other sites

The Site links to services we do not control, such as X and Steam. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

8. Privacy

The Site has no accounts, cookies, analytics or ads. How the age check works and what your browser keeps is set out in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms. We may also ask you to agree again at the entrance.
